Part of our job as EMS Professionals is to educate. Not only training ourselves as well as other EMS Providers, but the general public as well. The more people that are trained to provide care for their families, friends, and other human beings, the better off everyone will be.
For this reason, we are starting to provide classes to the general public. These classes, provided by instructors from Emergency Medical Services – New Bedford are offered to anyone that is interested in providing care or just their general knowledge. You may need it as a requirement for work or school, coaching our young people, or just your general knowledge.
Included classes are from the American Heart Association and consist of CPR for Family and Friends, Heartsaver AED/CPR/First Aid, and BLS for Healthcare Providers.
If you have a business that requires CPR/1st Aid certification, we can come to your business and provide training on site to make it accessible for your working employees.
